Education
- Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Experience
- Experience in construction or project management is valuable, but lack of experience will not disqualify candidates.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of biogas technology or renewable energy is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of various engineering fields involved in biogas plant construction (civil, mechanical, electrical) is an advantage but not mandatory.

Site Management & Construction
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating construction activities.
- Supervise on-site operations to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor progress and report daily activities to the Project Manager.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
