We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Manager of Construction Operations (Operational Specialist) to join our team in the Civil Construction industry. The successful candidate will manage and oversee civil & heavy civil construction projects, including waterways, infrastructure landscape, stormwater infrastructure, and drainage ways.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to integrate operations into project plans.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for management.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Civil Construction and/or Infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of regulation compliance and construction processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
