Job Description Multifamily Superintendent Overview The Multifamily Superintendent oversees late-stage construction activities for multifamily projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Coordinate trades such as painters, flooring installers, cabinet makers, and fixture technicians for project completion.

Supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing hookups during the final stages of construction.

Conduct quality control inspections to identify and rectify flaws before project handoff.

Manage punch lists to resolve minor defects and ensure all tasks are completed.

Deliver finished buildings or homes to clients or management, ensuring satisfaction and compliance.

Collaborate with project teams to maintain high standards and meet deadlines effectively.

Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a productive work environment.

Job Requirements Associate of Science (AS) degree in construction management or related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision; 5 years preferred.

Proficiency in managing late-stage trades and overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.

Strong knowledge of quality control processes and punch list management.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate on-site teams effectively.

Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations.
