Superintendent, Construction

• Oversee project scheduling, production, quality, and safety, with a strong emphasis on site safety and compliance.
• Coordinate and lead subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Conduct daily huddles and lead weekly coordination meetings with trades.
• Collaborate closely and communicate effectively with owners, facility staff, designers, and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, permits, and inspection requirements.
• Develop and update the project schedule and prepare three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Manage projects in occupied and active facilities, ensuring minimal disruption to building occupants and ongoing operations.

• Minimum 8-10years of construction experience
• New building/core and shell as well as occupied renovation experience
• Experience with Corporate Interiors, Hospital, Bioscience, Lab and Cleanroom projects are a plus

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and an ability to effectively interface with many constituents internally and externally. A team player by nature; this individual must have exceptional organizational skills, the ability to accomplish numerous detailed tasks simultaneously, and readily initiate follow-up with staff and management, as well as having values consistent with the company's long‑term reputation and business practices.
