, you’ll be responsible for leading daily construction operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader committed to teamwork, efficiency, and excellence.

• Starting annual compensation range: $100,000-$130,000, based on qualification and experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of commercial superintendent experience
• Proven ability to effectively and successfully manage projects of $10 million or more
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Bluebeam preferred
• Valid OSHA 30 preferred
• Valid driver’s license

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities to maximize efficiency
• Oversee and direct laborers, carpenters, concrete finishers, subcontractors, and material suppliers
• Manage all field operations and coordinate with company leadership to ensure timely completion of projects
• Ensure that all trades have up to date drawings and information
• Maintain the project’s daily logs and jobsite inspections
• Promote a safe work environment throughout the jobsite and adhere to the safety and record keeping requirements
