Qualifications:

*** Post high school education or equivalent in the construction field.
* Management and Sales Training.
* Completed all qualifications and responsibilities of Superintendent.
* 2-5 years as a foreman in the trade.
* 1-2 years’ experience in layout.
* 2-5 years as an Assistant Superintendent in the trade.
* 1-3 years as a Superintendent.
* Thorough knowledge of every aspect of building projects.
* Ability to understand shop drawings.
* Ability to read, comprehend prints and specifications to provide proper direction to project personnel.
