Thisisanidealroleforsomeonewithfieldexperiencewhoisreadytogrowintoa Superintendent position.

• Support the Superintendentinopeningandclosingthejobsite,andserveastheon-siteleadwhenthe

• Monitor day-to-dayconstructionactivitiestoensureworkisinstalledperapprovedcontractdocuments.
• Assistwithfieldcoordination,including scheduling,delivery sequencing,logistics,quality control,andtradestaffingneeds.
• Conductsitewalksandqualitychecks,andflagissuesearlytothe
  
  Superintendent.
• Coordinatedailyworkplansandsiteaccesswithsubcontractorsandvendors.

• Helpenforcesitesafetypracticesand Ellipsis Constructionsafetystandards .
• Leadorsupporttoolboxtalksandsafetywalkthroughs.
• Documentsafetyobservations,incidents,andnearmisses,andescalateconcernspromptly.

• Helpmaintainthefieldprojectscheduleandshort-termlook-aheads,andflagpotentialdelaystothe

• Supportpreconstructionasneeded,includingsitewalks,existingconditionsdocumentation,andlogisticsplans.
• Trackfieldmaterialandequipmentneedstokeepworkmoving.

• Maintaindailylogs,photodocumentation,meeting minutes,punchlists,andsafetydocumentation.
• AssistwithRFIsandsubmittals,includingtrackingstatusandverifyingfieldconditions.
• Helpconfirmworkinplacetosupportaccuratepayapplications.
• Support closeout,includingpunchlistcompletionandturnoverdocumentation.

• Communicateproactivelyandrespectfullywiththe Superintendent,Project Manager,Admin,andtradepartners;resolveissueswithasolutions-first approach.
• Represent Ellipsis Constructionprofessionallywithowners ,architects,inspectors,andtradepartnersonsite.

• 2+yearsofcommercialconstructionfieldexperience(suchasassistantsuperintendent,foreman,field engineer,orleadcarpenter),ideallyontenantimprovementorfast-pacedinteriorprojects.
