Scenic Designer/Builder – Theater for Kids SCENIC DESIGNER/BUILDER

Local candidates and those considering a permanent move to the Denver/Boulder area are preferred.

We are seeking experienced, highly organized set designers and builders for the summer season. A passion for theatre is essential, as well as the enthusiasm to be in a co‑collaborative role with the production team. Summer camp shows are fast‑paced and put on full productions within 2‑4 weeks. This position requires significant design and build experience, and the designer will be expected to utilize and manage one or more assistants/interns.

The ability to work closely with the director/stage manager and knowing how to work within a budget is crucial. Several productions will require a set to be transported/adjusted for both the Boulder stage and the Denver stage. This position is part‑time.
