- Lead planning and scheduling of video shoots, collaborating with internal teams to develop creative concepts and scripts
- Collaborate with corporate marketing, internal communications, brand, and other teams across the company to produce video content
- Manage video, lighting, and audio equipment while providing leadership and management of internal studio operations
- Work directly with executive-level leaders during studio shoots
- Operate camera, lighting, and sound equipment during shoots, providing technical expertise and creative direction as needed
- Edit video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring adherence to brand standards
- Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting key deadlines
- Organize and maintain video files, project assets, and equipment inventory to streamline workflow and support team efficiency
- Create graphics, animations, and visual effects as needed
- Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve technical issues that arise during shoots to minimize disruptions and maintain production standards
- Research and stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in video production and content marketing
- Expert-level proficiency in video shooting and editing
- Advanced expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong technical knowledge of camera, lighting, and sound equipment operation
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Creative storytelling and visual communication skills
- Ability to create graphics, animations, and visual effects
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working with executive-level stakeholders
- Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate video production and storytelling
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred
Min Pay Rate: 25.38 USD hourly
Max Pay Rate: 33.85 USD hourly
