- Rapidly adapt to evolving project needs, and perform exceptionally under pressure.
- 4+ years of experience as a Motion Designer, with a portfolio highlighting interactive and product-focused animations (experience with Rive is a plus)
- Proficiency with design and animation tools such as Rive, Figma, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Working knowledge of 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Spline for rapid prototyping and asset creation.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset, thriving in cross-functional environments and energized by working alongside creatives at all levels in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong visual design skills across multiple mediums, with a systems-oriented and technical approach, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with Rive or eagerness to learn it on the job, as it will be the primary tool used for creating interactive animations (experience with its latest features like Data Binding and working with developers on implementation is a plus).
