Senior Designer; Mid-Level Designers

Senior Designer (Open to Mid-Level Designers)

Mad Creative Agency is looking for a highly creative, brand-obsessed Senior Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves building brands from the ground up and can confidently lead visual identity work across logos, illustrations, brand systems, and marketing assets.

You’ll be hands‑on in the design work while also collaborating closely with clients and internal team members. You should feel comfortable owning projects, presenting creative concepts, and pushing brands forward visually.

• Lead the development of visual identities, including logos, illustration systems, typography, color palettes, and brand assets
• Design comprehensive brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all client touchpoints
• Collaborate with strategists, product designers, and developers to create cohesive brand and digital experiences
• Present design concepts and visual directions directly to clients and incorporate feedback thoughtfully
• Create a wide range of deliverables including logos, illustrations, pitch decks, website assets, and social content
• Support brand strategy through visual research, inspiration gathering, and trend awareness
• Ensure a high level of craft, polish, and consistency across all work

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, or Visual Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual identity systems, logos, illustrations, and brand applications
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong working knowledge of Figma
• Experience collaborating with product designers and designing for web and digital platforms
• Illustration skills required; 3D, video editing, and animation experience is a plus
• Experience with experiential design, fabrication, or environmental graphics is a plus
• Deep understanding of branding principles, typography, and visual storytelling
• Confident communicator with experience presenting work to clients
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects
• Experience with  or similar project management tools is a plus
