City Pop is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our event-based concessions team at the Buell Theater and Bellco Theater in downtown Denver. Join Our Theater Concessions Team!

City Pop is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our event-based concessions team at the Buell Theater and Bellco Theater in downtown Denver. This is a part-time, event-based role
—perfect for those looking to be part of exciting theater and entertainment experiences while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Operate a credit card-only register to sell popcorn, snacks, and beverages (no cash handling)
• Keep soda fountains, snack displays, and popcorn stations fully stocked throughout the event
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area and behind the stand
• Communicate with the team via Slack app for real-time updates and coordination
• Lift and transport up to 50 lbs of inventory and supplies as needed
• Dress in theater-appropriate attire (details will be provided upon hire)
• This role is limited to event days/nights only at the Bellco and Buell theaters.
• The typical shift is 5:30p - 9:30p;
  Monday - Thursday and 12p - 9:30p Saturday and Sunday.
• There are no guaranteed hours outside of these scheduled events
• You must be flexible and available on evenings and weekends

• Punctuality and reliability are critical—these events rely on dependable staff
• You must have a smartphone to access shift information and communication via Slack
• Reliable transportation to and from downtown Denver is required

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or concessions experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for several hours
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to scheduled shifts
