We are growing! Fred Astaire Dance Studios is excited to add to our team of professional dance instructors. We are currently hiring for Dance Instructor. Whether you have years of dance and/or dance instructor experience or none at all, you could have a successful future with us! • Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week as a high-energy, customer-focused instructor.
• Help students reach their personal dance goals through multiple formats — from events to a lifelong journey of dance growth.
• Attend regular studio hours and participate in events that may occur on some weekday evenings or weekends with your students.

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and 100% passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Understand what it takes to be successful and are willing to commit to the work.
• Accountable, unselfish team player who welcomes coaching and feedback.
• Positive outlook with strong interpersonal skills to work with students of all ages.

• Base pay range: $27,000.00/yr - $/yr
• Salary commensurate with experience
