The role:

• Creative development:
  Conceptualize, pitch, and execute design concepts for a wide range of projects, including marketing collateral, websites, social media, advertisements, and product packaging.
• Project management:
  Oversee the entire design workflow, from initial briefing to final delivery. Manage timelines, prioritize deadlines, and ensure all design work meets project requirements and brand standards.
• Team leadership:
  Act as a mentor for junior and mid-level designers, providing creative direction, guidance, and constructive feedback on their work.
• Brand stewardship:
  Develop and maintain visual style guides and enforce brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
• Cross-functional collaboration:
  
  Work with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and leadership, to translate strategic goals into impactful visual designs.
• Client relations:
  For agency roles, communicate directly with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and manage feedback.
• Industry awareness:
  Stay current with design trends, new software, and emerging technologies to keep designs innovative and relevant.

Our ideal candidate:

• Have 5+ years of identity design experience and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications.
• Is self-motivated, hard-working, well organized, and resilient to ever-changing timelines, requests, and deliverables.
• Have a love and passion for design, branding, and visual identity work.
• Must be able to concept and execute smart and beautiful creative solutions in a team environment.
• Works well within large teams and independently and participate and contribute in design critiques.
• Must be an excellent communicator.
• Translates strategies and business problems into compelling visual languages.
• Have experience with motion design and 3D rendering.
• Is energetic and positive, up for any challenge.

Salary: $71,500 - $93,500

Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.
