What You’ll Do
  • Deliver stellar phone and email support for all Consumer Driver Healthcare (CDH) clients.
  • Provide timely and effective client support, problem resolution, and proactive follow‑up in line with Thrive Pass SLAs.
  • Assist with the renewal process and support the Relationship Management team.
  • Maintain and audit administration system settings to ensure accurate plan administration.
  • Assist clients with reporting, audit, and system training as needed.
  • Handle end‑of‑month processing, manual imports, and file uploads efficiently.
  • Offer on‑going assistance and training opportunities for CDH clients and team members.
  • Backup support to the member services team during high volume (overflow calls, support tickets, claims processing).
What You Bring
  • A drive to innovate in employee benefits and simplify complex processes.
  • A team‑first attitude and collaborative spirit.
  • Accountability—clear expectations and consistent follow‑through.
Must Haves
  • 1‑3 years’ experience as a claims administrator, customer service, phone support, or similar field.
  • Experience working with Alegeus.
  • Familiarity with medical, FSA, HSA, COBRA, HIPAA, and standard procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills—verbal and written.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with empathy and initiative.
  • Quick learner, detail‑oriented, adaptable to change.
  • Experience working in a remote environment.
