** Join our team as a Ticketing Representative, where you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional guest service by handling ticket sales for various properties, internal shows, events, exhibits, and attractions. You’ll exceed guest expectations while managing cash transactions and ensuring guest satisfaction through outstanding service recovery. ** THE STARTING RATE: $17.04*
* ** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Sell tickets, upsell, cross-sell, and process ticket orders, including will call for shows, events, exhibits, and attractions, while providing prompt and courteous service to all guests.
* Perform ticket verification prior to entry into exhibits and events.
* Provide educated answers to guest questions and furnish detailed information regarding property facilities and services.
* Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority.
* Utilize and balance a cash drawer with various tender types while processing ticket sales.
* Interpret and operate multiple computer and ticketing systems with accuracy.
* Answer multi-line telephones using proper etiquette.
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
* Effectively manage multiple tasks under pressure of deadlines in fast-paced environment
* Able to take initiative and exhibit flexibility
* Effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
* Able to work indoors and in a fast-paced, busy environment
* Has over 6 months of customer service and/or cash handling experience
* Must be available to work show days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
