Job Description
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
  • Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers’ share of wallet.
  • Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
  • Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated customer experience.
  • Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems effectively.
  • Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
  • Participate in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $44,720 – $66,125 (may vary based on location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education). Role is incentive eligible.
