Located just minutes from downtown Denver, Colorado
, Imperial Sport bikes is the nation’s largest dedicated Aprilia dealership and Colorado’s premier destination for European and Japanese sportbike service. With a full-service department, in-house and mobile dyno tuning, and a deep catalog of new and used parts, we’re not your average dealership and are looking for an above-average Service Advisor to match.

Your Role

As the Service Advisor, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for customers servicing their motorcycles. You’ll translate customer concerns into clear, accurate work orders, help manage technician workload, communicate status updates, and recommend additional services to enhance motorcycle performance, safety, and reliability.

This is a hands‑on, relationship‑focused position that’s central to the efficiency and reputation of our service department. You’ll work closely with our techs, parts department, and management to deliver an exceptional experience to every rider who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • A genuine love for motorcycles, the riding lifestyle, and the community that surrounds it.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or service writer/advisor role; powersports or automotive experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of motorcycle systems and repairs, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong organization and time management to balance scheduling, technician coordination, and follow‑up.
  • Proficiency with service software, documentation, and work order processing.
  • A calm, friendly, and professional demeanor even when it gets busy.

Your Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

  • Greet and consult customers regarding their service needs.
  • Create accurate and complete work orders for technician assignments.
  • Clearly explain service recommendations and pricing.
  • Monitor work progress and proactively communicate status updates to customers.
  • Coordinate closely with the Parts Department to ensure timely parts availability.
  • Maintain thorough documentation on all service visits and recommendations.
  • Perform quality control checks and confirm customer satisfaction upon pickup.
  • Upsell appropriate maintenance services and accessories.
