About the Role
We are hiring Non Licensed Agents to join a growing Investor Support team within a leading global financial services organization. This is a customer‑focused position where you will assist investors with account questions, online access issues, and transaction requests. If you enjoy helping customers, have strong attention to detail, and want a career path in the financial industry, this is an excellent opportunity.
All licensing and training are fully paid, and the team offers a supportive, collaborative work environment.
- Answer inbound calls from investors regarding account questions, online access, and general inquiries
- Process account transactions such as purchases, redemptions, and exchanges
- Guide customers through online navigation and troubleshoot login or web‑related issues
- Use internal systems and resources to research and resolve customer needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures
- Deliver a high‑quality customer experience with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- 1+ year of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, banking, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence
- Ability to problem solve using available tools and resources
- Detail‑oriented with strong accuracy in a fast‑paced environment
- Career‑minded with interests in long‑term growth
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with structured schedules
- Ability to work onsite Monday‑Friday during early‑morning start times (shifts: 6:45 AM, 7:00 AM, or 7:15 AM)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in inbound call centers
- Exposure to financial services, investments, or mutual funds
- 100% onsite in a newly renovated office in the Cherry Creek area (Denver, CO 80206)
- Casual dress environment (jeans allowed)

- Must arrive 10‑15 minutes before shift to be call‑ready
- PTO blackout periods during quarter‑end and tax‑season call surges
- Performance, attendance, and business needs determine conversion to full‑time
