As a Customer Service Rep/Expediter, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  • Operate all equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare products according to Domino's quality standards and recipes.
  • Receive and process telephone orders accurately and promptly.
  • Expedite orders to delivery vehicles and carryout customers.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility thoroughly on a daily basis.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
  • Assist in training new team members as needed.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Participate in upselling and promotional activities to increase sales.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and collaborate effectively with coworkers.
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures as assigned.
