OG Dental is currently seeking an Experienced Dental Assistant for a Full-Time position- 4 day work week if desired

- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- General, Endo, Oral Surgery, Implants, Invisalign, Botox, and the list continues! - Take dental x-rays
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
- Perform basic laboratory tasks, such as mixing materials for impressions and restorations- mostly 3D scanners now
- Work as a team to give patients a 5 star customer experience
- Be reliable, friendly, and open to learning
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Certification or diploma from an accredited dental assistant program
- X-ray certification is a plus
- Familiarity with dental software programs
- Open Dental - Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
