Sonrava Health is seeking a Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified Periodontist to join our team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a Dental Home concept and make a significant impact on patient care in our state‑of‑the‑art facilities.

• A consistently full patient schedule
• Flexibility to travel to various local dental practices as needed
• Advanced Periodontic treatment opportunities, including implant placement and other surgical procedures

• Collaborate effectively with specialists and general dentists to deliver optimal care
• Perform a range of dental procedures, including but not limited to:
  • Implant Placement
  • Over dentures
  • Osseous Surgery
  • Crown Lengthening
  • Bone Grafts
  • Fenectomy
• Maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety

• Current Dental License in the state where you will practice
• Periodontic Certificate from an accredited U.S. Dental University
• Current CPR Card
• NPI Number
• DEA Certificate
