• Consistent internal referrals—no need to build a patient base
• Flexible schedule Monday‑Friday, 4‑5 days per week
• Dedicated Endodontic team trained to support specialty workflows
• Endodontic scopes used onsite for precision and efficiency
• Clinical autonomy with flexibility on supplies, materials, and techniques based on your preferences

• Competitive base salary or % of collections whichever is greater of the two

• DDS/DMD with completion of an accredited Endodontic residency
• Active (or eligible) state dental license
• Commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centered care
