We are looking for a Lead Dental Assistant to join our team and assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising other dental assistants, coordinating patient schedules, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
• X‑ray certification
• CPR certification
• Proven experience as a dental assistant
• Strong knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures
• Supervise and train other dental assistants
• Manage patient scheduling and records
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dental office
• Take and develop dental x‑rays
• Provide patients with post‑operative instructions
• Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment
• Follow all safety and infection control policies
