Associate Prosthodontist Metro

Restorative Dentistry Group is one of the only private, doctor-led prosthodontic specialty groups in the country - six Denver-area practices, our own in-house lab, and a defined pathway to partnership.

This is the dentistry you trained for: a steady flow of full-arch (All-on-X) rehabilitation, implant-supported prosthetics, and complex restorative cases, fed by a strong referral network and robust marketing engine - and supported by a full digital workflow. Our lab is in-house: your technicians and ceramists are teammates, not vendors.

The role:

• Treat complex restorative and implant cases, including full-arch rehabilitation
• Clinical autonomy - you own your treatment plans
• Mentorship from experienced prosthodontists - new residency graduates welcome
• Full-time or part-time; some flexibility on home office among our hiring locations
• Production-based pay as a percentage of your applied collections
• Defined partnership pathway with real equity opportunity
• 401(k) with match
• medical insurance
• liability coverage
• CE allowance

We're private and doctor-led - no private equity, no production quotas. And it's all in the Denver metro area: mountains an hour away, with a major city's amenities and airport.
