Are you an experienced Landscape Estimator Designer with an energetic personality, a passion for landscapes, and a talent for building relationships? CoCal Landscape is looking for someone just like you to join our team and make an impact in the vibrant Front Range Market!
What You’ll Do- Estimate, propose, and sell landscape projects and takeoffs.
- Create innovative designs and detailed proposals based on client needs and visions.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure flawless execution of your designs in the field.
- Proactively generate leads and drive business development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and help grow our customer database.
- Proven experience with sales and project bidding.
- Strong design skills using software like Dynascape, Sketch Up, Creative Suite, and CAD
. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
. - Solid knowledge of trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, and basic irrigation.
- Understanding of hardscape and landscape construction, including retaining walls, drainage, irrigation, and mass planting.
- A friendly,
outgoing personality and the ability to thrive in a team environment. - Excellent organizational skills and self‑motivation.
- A degree in Landscape Construction/Design or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Competitive hourly salary based on experience ($25 - $28 per hour
). - Tiered commission plan to reward your success.

- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
- Ability to lift/move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.
