Job Description

The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Industrial Conveyors, Parts & Belts.

  • The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of industrial conveyors and manufacturing processes (CNC, laser, welding, programming, etc.).
  • General understanding of a wide variety of industries including agriculture, manufacturing, recycling, construction, waste, e-waste, single stream, food processing and more.
  • Design equipment to be more economical while improving or meeting current product quality.
  • 3-year track record of hitting or exceeding sales quota.
  • Cold call and drive net new business.
  • Develop and incorporate unique sales strategies to ensure customer engagement is increasing.
  • Build and maintain a multi-level contact process for C-Level executives within each organization (CEO, CFO, COO, etc.).
  • Always find a new challenge to grow both personally and professionally; be active in your community; build long-term relationships with waste and recycling brokers.
  • Call on new dealers that fit the “perfect customer profile” and determine fit; deliver top-notch customer service.
  • Handle field measurements for replacement belts, parts, full recycling systems, or conveyor replacements.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure all technicalities are covered between customer and dealer before starting a project.
  • Develop relationships with industry leaders; help customers get correct measurements for sprockets, shafts, bearings, belts, pulleys, and safety equipment.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members to improve products; navigate and solve complex customer issues; maintain a team-focused approach.
  • Ability to present complex projects to executive groups and close opportunities that may exceed 1MM.
Sales Responsibilities and Duties
  • Cold call and develop a new customer base from scratch.
  • Always use our internal CRM.
  • Travel when required (25% or more).
  • Meet or exceed quotes for your territory (Net New Business).
Qualifications
  • Highly motivated to achieve goals and drive results.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Closing skills, territory management, prospecting skills, negotiation, product knowledge, presentation skills, and client relationship management.
