Project Architect

Location: Denver, CO

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Architect with at least 10+ years of experience to join their collaborative team. This position involves working closely with project teams on diverse assignments, providing leadership and technical expertise throughout all phases of design and delivery.

• Collaborate with project leaders and internal team members to ensure design and documentation quality.
• Develop and communicate design concepts effectively under tight deadlines.
• Participate in client meetings both in-office and on-site.
• Support internal and external client needs while maintaining positive relationships.
• Research materials and consult with manufacturers as needed.
• Prepare architectural specifications when required.
• Mentor and guide junior staff members.

• Experience in commercial, healthcare, or higher education projects preferred.
• Strong client and project management skills.
• Proficiency in space planning, design development, and multidisciplinary team coordination.
• Solid understanding of building construction, codes, and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of Revit and related applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong organizational skills.
• Licensed Architect required.

Salary range: $88,000 - $115,000
, based on experience, education, and skill level.
