$28.85-$60.00/hr DOE
WORK ARRANGEMENTHybrid; location-flexible within the United States
SCHEDULEMonday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Set up and manage Revit BIM models in coordination with discipline BIM leads and team members.
- Use Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to create and manage content for coordinated 3D models and 2D construction drawings.
- Work under the direction of electrical discipline or project leads to translate electrical design intent into constructable, clash-free deliverables.
- Coordinate with designers, discipline leads, architects, and engineers across multiple design disciplines.
- Support electrical design documentation and coordinated deliverables for design and construction.
- Follow project and modeling standards while applying attention to detail, organization, multitasking, curiosity, and collaboration.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of electrical Revit design experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in electrical systems design and the construction industry.
- Growing understanding of how codes and standards shape design decisions.
- Growing understanding of design and construction specifications and their function.
- Basic understanding of wiring/cabling connections in relation to a circuit or a link between devices and equipment.
- Experience following project design and modeling standards.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar markup software.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to estimate hours required for design and modeling efforts based on markups or verbal direction.
- Willingness to learn new things.
- Understanding of data center environments.
- Knowledge and design experience with power, cable routing, and lighting systems.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and one-line diagrams.
