Job Overview
Colorado Permanente Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join the primary care department at our East Medical Office in Colorado. This position requires board certification or board eligibility.
Practice Locations & ServicesThe East Medical office also offers Pediatrics, Ob/Gyn, Allergy, Eye department, pharmacy, radiology and lab services.

Family Medicine $. Salary will be based on FTE.
Full vaccination against COVID‑19 or a qualified medical or religious exemption by September 17, 2021 is required. All candidates must provide valid proof of vaccination or qualifying exemption before starting employment.
