You ll practice at a single modern medical center supported by a full clinical team including nurse practitioners, medical assistants, care managers, and scribes so you can focus on what matters most: your patients, not paperwork.

• Provide comprehensive, compassionate primary care to adult and senior patients

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Develop personalized care plans focused on prevention and wellness

• Collaborate with care teams to optimize outcomes and reduce hospitalizations

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

• Partner with clinic leadership to achieve patient care and quality metrics

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain)

• Current DEA license

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
