Position based in Colorado Springs with occasional travel to underserved markets such as Pueblo. Physician Assistants or NPs with dermatology experience are welcome.

Standard clinic schedule: 34 to 38 clinic hours per week. Office visits: 18 per 4‑hour clinic; excisions: 1.5 to 2 per hour. Productivity bonus calculated annually (Nov 1 - Oct 31), paid within 45 days. Eligibility for partnership after 3 full bonus years.

• Board certified or board eligible dermatologist.
• Experience in dermatology; willingness to travel to underserved areas.
• Preference for Physician Assistants or NPs with dermatology experience.

• Physician‑led medical group with 8 locations, 2 satellite offices, and ~150 employees.
• Expanding operations including dermatology, plastic surgery, aesthetic services, ambulatory surgery center in development, real estate portfolio, and retail skincare.
• Physicians remain in leadership; no private equity investors.
• Focus on patient care, not profit.
