We are an eye care company owned and managed by independent Doctors of Optometry. We’re looking for ODs with a patient-first, growth-oriented mindset who are interested in focusing on the patient care aspect of optometry!

Salary:
Based on experience.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday – no weekends.

• Do what you love – we empower our optometrists to offer their best care by scheduling 2-3 patients an hour, giving you the right amount of time to dedicate to each patient.
• Practice full-scope with flexibility and agency, as well as the equipment necessary.

• Friendly, experienced staff – work with and learn from other ODs, assisted by front desk associates, centralized billing, and insurance.
