Salary Estimate: $850,000 – $1,200,000 per year

ONE Swedish, is seeking an additional neurosurgeon to join its Swedish-based office location in Denver, Colorado.

• Board certified or board eligible in neurosurgery.
• Interest in general neurosurgery; subspecialty interests considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
• 2025 fellows encouraged to apply.

• Additional compensation may be available if engaged to provide call coverage services and/or administrative services where applicable.
• Potential minimum base guarantee, sign‑on/commencement, educational reimbursement, quality incentive, and/or relocation bonuses in specific circumstances; bonuses awarded only in exceptional situations.

Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, years of experience, comparison to other employees in this role, qualifications such as education, training, specialty, and/or experience, and the geographic location. (Applicable to production‑based provider roles only.) The anticipated professional production may also play a role. Compensation shall not exceed fair market value. The typical candidate is hired below the midpoint of the range.
