A state-of-the-art 25-bed critical access hospital in the heart of the Rocky Mountains near Steamboat Springs, Colorado is seeking a BE/BC General Surgeon for a part-time role in a supportive, low-volume environment.

• 4-day work week with built-in time off.
• Flexible schedule: 2 clinic days + 2 OR days per week (24 clinical hours; 32 hours with call).
• Low-volume call: 3-5 ED consults and 1-2 emergent surgeries per week.
• Collaborative culture with flexibility to adapt schedules for the right fit.
• Vacation: 12 weeks coverage per year across surgeons.
