Psychiatrist

Seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist for an ongoing locum tenens assignment at a community mental health center in Denver, Colorado. The clinician will provide full-time outpatient psychiatric services, conducting initial evaluations and follow-up medication management for an adult patient population. Working Monday through Friday on-site, the provider will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary clinical team to deliver comprehensive behavioral health care without any call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time outpatient psychiatric services for an adult patient population
• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations (approximately 1 hour)
• Provide follow-up medication management visits for adults presenting with mood, anxiety, trauma-related, psychotic, and other behavioral health conditions
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary behavioral health team that includes psychiatric clinicians, psychologists, therapists, nurses, and case managers to support care planning and continuity of patient care
