Base Salary offered is $300K

We are hiring a full‑time family medicine or internal medicine physician to see patients four to five days per week. Patients are typical for a family practice, mostly in the age range of 16 to 85. Patients will present with problems such as acute illness and injury, as well as chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, men’s and women’s health issues, mental health concerns and skin concerns.

Minimal on‑call requirement. No obstetrical or hospital care.

Clinic’s electronic health record system is Athena Health.

• Trigger point and steroid joint injections
• Hyaluronic acid joint injections
• Platelet‑rich plasma injections
• Naltrexone implants
• Hormone and Nexplanon/Implanon implants
• Botox, Kybella and Vivitrol injections
• Bio Te and IV therapy

Our new provider may choose to offer any, all, or none of these procedures, and may do other procedures if desired, such as vasectomies, IUD placements, endometrial biopsies, etc.

Some providers have robust addiction medicine panels and our new provider may choose to provide addiction medicine services as well. Some addiction medicine services are provided through our affiliates.

Clinic also offers tele‑health services, allowing providers to see patients not only in face‑to‑face visits but also through tele‑health consultations in Colorado.

Requirements:

• Unrestricted Colorado medical license
• DEA license
