Clinic is hiring full‑time family medicine or internal medicine physicians to see patients four to five days per week. Patients are primarily adults aged 18 to 85 and present with acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, men's and women's health concerns, mental health issues, and skin conditions.
There is minimal on‑call requirement and NO obstetrical or hospital care.
Clinic uses Athena Health EHR.
Clinic offers tele‑health services, and new providers can see patients via tele‑health consultations in Colorado.
Clinic also offers numerous procedures to patients including routine skin‑care procedures, trigger point and steroid joint injections, hyaluronic acid joint injections, platelet‑rich plasma injections, naltrexone implants, hormone and Nexplanon and Implanon implants, Botox, Kybella and Vivitrol injections, Bio Te and IV therapy. New providers may choose to offer any, all or none of these procedures and may do other procedures as desired, such as vasectomies, IUD placements, endometrial biopsies, etc.
Some providers have robust addiction medicine panels and may choose to provide addiction medicine services as well.
Clinic is part of a Denver‑based company that offers competitive compensation with production bonuses, up to 4 weeks paid vacation, annual CME allowance, health/dental/vision insurance, liability/malpractice insurance, and matching 401(k).
All major insurances including Colorado Medicaid and Medicare are accepted.
Procedures Available- Routine skin‑care procedures
- Trigger point and steroid joint injections

- Platelet‑rich plasma injections
- Naltrexone implants
- Hormone and Nexplanon and Implanon implants
- Botox, Kybella and Vivitrol injections
- Bio Te and IV therapy
- Other procedures as desired (e.g., vasectomies, IUD placements, endometrial biopsies)
- Addiction medicine services for providers who wish to offer them
- Unrestricted Colorado medical license
- DEA license
Salary Range: $300K for full time, 36 patient contact hours/week.
