Optum Care Colorado is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join our established team in Lakewood, Colorado , with occasional coverage in nearby Golden. - 4-day work week
- 32 patient contact hours + 4 admin hours

- Average of 18–20 patients per day
- Full spectrum outpatient primary care
- Light call schedule (approximately 1 weekday call/month and 3–4 weekends/year)
