* Coaching Experience
* Experience working with diverse age groups and skill levels.
* Knowledge of sports nutrition and injury prevention.
* Deliver a structured before-school activity that promotes belonging, safety, and student engagement.
* Arrive on time and ensure proper setup of materials, space, and equipment.
* Take accurate attendance and monitor student participation in the Before School Club Hub.
* Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment aligned with DSST’s Core Values and student expectations.
* Communicate proactively with the Athletics & Activities Director about attendance, student concerns, material needs, or schedule changes.
* Submit a club session outline for the year to the Athletics & Activities Director.
* Participate in brief check-ins, onboarding, and training as required.
* Participate in Wolfstock at the end of the year to showcase the club's learnings, content, skills, etc.
