OverviewWe are looking for a fun, energetic, and hard‑working individual ready to help "Inspire & Enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens." The Program Specialist will develop and implement engaging and educational programs for our youth, creating a safe and supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and develop essential life skills.

- Program Facilitator:
Create and lead engaging educational activities for club members. - Mentor:
Build supportive relationships and serve as a role model. - Community Liaison:
Develop partnerships with local organizations to enhance resources. - Youth Advocate:
Empower young people to become active and responsible citizens through advocacy and leadership programs. - Behavior Manager:
Implement behavior management strategies for a safe environment. - Program Coordinator:
Plan and organize programs to meet diverse needs. - Supportive Counselor:
Provide emotional support and guidance. - Educational Supporter:
Assist with homework and tutoring.

- Training in Youth Development
- High School diploma or GED, currently working toward a two‑ or four‑year degree.
- Experience working with children.
- Knowledge of youth development.
- Ability to plan and implement quality programs for youth.
- Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment.
- Valid State Driver’s License.
Candidates must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check & Drug Test.
Training- Boys & Girls Club Basics & Safety 101 – completed during the first week of hire.
- 30‑Day Milestone 1 training.
- 60‑Day Milestone 2 training.
- Monthly Positive Youth Development trainings.
- Job Status:
Part‑time - Schedule:
Monday – 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
Tuesday through Friday – 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm (some flexibility) - Pay Range: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
