Early Intervention Specialist – Soar Autism Center
Join Soar Autism Center as an Early Intervention Specialist and take an active role in transforming the lives of children with autism. As a care provider, you will apply behavioral and developmental strategies to assist in children’s development, teaching skills that provide a critical foundation for a child's growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive one‑on‑one care and behavioral/developmental support to children aged 2‑6, emphasizing a nurturing and encouraging environment.
- Implement care plans under the guidance of our clinical team, ensuring they are suitable for the learning and growth of children.
- Build relationships with children's families.

Can be demanding at times working with children; routine care such as diaper changes.
- Interest in and experience working with children; diverse backgrounds and experiences are welcome.
- Preference given to those currently in a degree program or holding a degree.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center; punctuality is essential.
- Must be able to meet physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client.
- $21.00‑$28.00 per hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities; all staff considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion.
