Job description :
- Deliver high-quality middle school science instruction aligned with Colorado Academic Standards.
- Use digital curriculum and instructional technology to enhance student engagement.
- Post and communicate daily lesson objectives that students can clearly articulate.
- Maintain a positive classroom culture using PBIS practices focused on respect, responsibility, and relationships.
- Adapt instruction and materials to meet diverse academic and social-emotional needs.
- Design and administer assessments to monitor progress and guide interventions.
- Analyze student performance data to provide targeted, differentiated instruction.
- Collaborate with colleagues through PLCs, team meetings, and professional development.
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff to support student success.
- Participate in school events, intervention planning, and curriculum development initiatives.
- Valid Colorado Teaching License with appropriate middle school science endorsement.
- Demonstrated mastery of science content and instructional best practices.
- Experience using student data to drive instructional decisions.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Ability to integrate educational technology into daily instruction.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to the mission and vision of a charter school environment.
