Salary Information: $23.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Assist the department with projects in the area of student registration, engagement, student recruitment/retention, collecting data, entering data and provide general support to ELL staff.

Essential Functions
  • Provide clerical/administrative support to the department with student engagement, outreach, registration, retention, and student information.
  • Assist with collecting data, documenting processes, editing, creating visual content, and data calculation.
  • Assist Site Director, faculty, and students in identified projects.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree.
  • Two years of related experience in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to navigate database management systems.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrate ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with a wide variety of individuals coming from varied backgrounds.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish.
  • Must be able to work evening hours (4pm – 8pm, Tues – Thurs).
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of current software applications, databases, statistical programming.
  • Postsecondary education in a human services, social work, or education field.
  • Customer service experience.
Work Schedule

Evening hours, 4:00pm – 8:00pm, Tuesday – Thursday, 12-15 hours per week.
