Salary Information: $23.00 per hour.
Job SummaryAssist the department with projects in the area of student registration, engagement, student recruitment/retention, collecting data, entering data and provide general support to ELL staff.
Essential Functions- Provide clerical/administrative support to the department with student engagement, outreach, registration, retention, and student information.
- Assist with collecting data, documenting processes, editing, creating visual content, and data calculation.
- Assist Site Director, faculty, and students in identified projects.
- Associate degree.
- Two years of related experience in an educational setting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to navigate database management systems.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrate ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with a wide variety of individuals coming from varied backgrounds.
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Must be able to work evening hours (4pm – 8pm, Tues – Thurs).
- Knowledge of current software applications, databases, statistical programming.
- Postsecondary education in a human services, social work, or education field.
- Customer service experience.
