Overview

1:1 Teacher Aide - Part-Time

Schedule:

16 bi weekly: 2hrs per day 12:30-2:30 Mon/Tues & Thurs/Fri

As a 1:1 Aide, you’ll work closely with one student, providing personalized guidance and encouragement throughout the school day. With our supportive team and resources behind you, you’ll make a direct impact on a student’s educational journey—every single day.

Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated, individualized academic and behavioral support to one student during the school day.
  • Implement teacher‑directed lessons and activities with fidelity and care.
  • Support classroom routines and transitions to ensure a safe and structured learning environment.
  • Assist with behavior management and reinforcement strategies tailored to the student’s needs.
  • Communicate regularly with the classroom teacher and program staff to track student progress and needs.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive environment that respects student dignity and individuality.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student records and information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we’ll need from you:

  • High school diploma; 2 years or 30 hours of college experience preferred.
  • Unwavering belief that all children can learn.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with individuals.
  • Knowledge of computer software and Microsoft Office experience.
