Join us as a Lead Teacher at our Early Childhood Education Center. This full‑time position is located at 321 S. Yates St., Denver, CO.

Schedule
Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Children attend school Monday–Thursday 8 am–3:30 pm;
Friday is a teacher planning and meeting day.

• Ensure that the family’s voice is heard and incorporated into programming.
• Plan and implement trauma‑informed, large‑group and individualized lessons aligned with Head Start, CLASS, and Teaching Strategies Gold (TSG) performance standards.
• Organize the classroom environment to support high ECERS‑R and CLASS ratings and create a welcoming, warm environment for all students and families.
• Utilize lessons and studies from the Creative Curriculum and Conscious Discipline to guide children’s education.
• Gather, document, assess, and analyze student data to plan lessons that support growth in all areas; maintain a portfolio using the TSG platform.
• ifton aco accompanying teacher associate for two home visits and at least two family conferences to build relationships and demonstrate On be the child’s first teacher.
