Advent Business Company is building a dedicated facilitator team to support a federal agency's leadership development program. The work is on-site, across Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming and California, with preparation and follow-up conducted remotely.
Two roles exist:
Lead Facilitator and Facilitator and Coach; each position involves one or two days on-site per session, with a year-round schedule up to ten sessions and webinars.
