Urban Peak Denver seeks an Education & Employment Case Manager to support GED, high school and post-secondary pursuits for youth experiencing homelessness. You will create education and employment plans, tutor GED subjects, coordinate with local schools and partners, and help youth access post-secondary admissions and financial aid.
You will build relationships, collect data, and coordinate with Urban Peak staff, traveling locally as needed, to ensure trauma-informed, equity-centered services.
