We are seeking a Master Control Operator to work in our Denver, CO, Operating Center. The role supports a 24/7 TV broadcast company, performing tasks related to the preparation of material for on‑air playback via an automation system.

• Available for all shifts: 6am‑2pm, 2pm‑10pm, and 10pm‑6am (shift times may change).
• Monitors and controls the automation system for proper event execution.
• Prepares syndicated programming, runs commercial breaks during newscasts, high‑value network and sports programming, and manages commercial content.
• Accurately checks every aspect of each log in the automation system.
• Maintains station compliance with FCC rules and regulations, including EAS, closed captioning, and the Children’s Television Act.
• Verifies material airing via the program log and researches/contacts the appropriate source for missing material.
• Monitors transmitters and tower lights under FCC regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Technical degree recommended (not required) or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in Master Control preferred; experience in a master control hub desired.
• Experience with Florical automation preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong computer knowledge; familiarity with server playback, recording, and automation systems.
• Knowledge of satellite spot delivery systems preferred.
• Must be able to work independently, with a high degree of accuracy, and solve problems effectively.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi‑task.
• Will submit to a background check.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Type:
Full‑time (non‑exempt, hourly). Start rate: $20.00 per hour. Benefits include Vacation, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) match.
