- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in drafting, engineering technology, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in BIM modeling and structural drafting
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
- Interest or experience in LIDAR scanning, point cloud processing, and other digital capture technologies
- Interest in automation tools and digital workflows; familiarity with scripting languages (such as Python or Dynamo) is a plus but not required
